I am new customer trying to checkout. I am using "New Customers only" option during checkout. Your website is giving me some password related errors.
Here are the 2 reasons why this may happen:
- You may be using WEBTV, some older version of Microsoft IE or older Netscape browser. If this is the case, please send
us your first, last name and we will create a new account for you and send you a password which you can use to place your order.
- It is possible that you have registered your information with us before. You may or may not have placed an order. If this is the case, then you already have an account on our system. Click here to issue yourself another password.

Your email software account may be blocking our emails to you. Please check your -Junk Mail- folder or check junk mail settings.
-- MOST COMCAST ACCOUNT EMAILS ARE BOUNCING. IF YOU HAVE A COMCAST.COM ACCOUNT, PLEASE USE AN ALTERNATE ACCOUNT LIKE YAHOO.COM OR GOOGLEMAIL.COM. SOME AOL email accounts are having issue too. We get their i.e. aol / comcast emails. But when we reply back it either bounces or goes into your ISP spam trap, you never get it. So you think we are not responding and we are replying to ALL emails.

ATTENTION AOL , COX, MSN, AND HOTMAIL USERS: All users must go into their mail preferences and change the spam controls so you can add email addresses that you wish to get through. You will need to add orders@pharma-orders.com or the whole domain pharma-orders.com so you may receive notifications and confirmations from us. Without making these necessary changes you may not be able to receive E-mails from Pharma-orders.com and you will not be able to receive your passwords, order confirmations, order updates, coupon/ specials alerts (usually twice a year) etc.

How do I get an account with you? Placing subsequent orders?
Once you place an order with us, you automatically get an account. Next time when you shop with us and click checkout use the directions provided to issue yourself a password which will be sent to your email. Use this password to login. You do not need to re-enter you address/ phone number this time, as we will already have that. You can also click "My Account" on the top blue bar to edit your address or change your password.

How does it work?
During checkout simply copy paste this to your comments . "** Please make this a repeat order. Repeat every XX days/weeks/months **". REPLACE XX with the repeat frequency in days/ weeks or months. Why do you not accept MASTER cards?
Unfortunately, due to the amount of fraud and charge-backs MasterCard has received over the
years, they have recently made the decision to no longer
process orders for all online pharmacies.

What is e-gold, how do I setup and make payment via e-gold for my order?
We offer e-gold (www.e-gold.com) payment option. Caution for first timers is that this method is painful and confusing, but once you get the hang of it, it will be easy! When placing your order, you can choose this option to pay. If you have never used e-gold payment option here is a quick summary of how this works.
- Go to www.e-gold.com, create a free account. No ID is required. Note down your e-gold account and password.
- Fund this account. You need to send in money, but the money is stored in equivalent of gold. Money can be sent in via: checks, ACH, bank wire, paypal, cash, etc. There are various "online exchangers" who will except these and other various forms of payment and immediately deposit the gold equivalent to your e-gold account.
- Fees, fees - Of course there is a catch to everything. There are 2 fees you will have be concerned with:
- Fees to get the money to the exchanger. e.g. your bank may charge for sending the wire may have their own fees.

is not going through, but I am sure my credit card is A-ok! What
is going on?
Likely causes:
- You did not enter your correct CVV number or expiry date.
CVV are the last 3 digits on the back of your credit card. Look
for last 3 digits on the signature strip on your Master / Visa
card.

- Your card is not allowed online transactions
by your bank. Please call your credit card company and ask them
why your card is failing to authorize for an online
transaction.
- How long
it will take to get my order?
Our shipping takes an average of 15 days with range of 8-25 days for 99.5% of orders. We do not have any express shipping option at this point.
Our order processing and shipping to your door will take about
9-24 days. In very rare occasions (less than 5%) caused by
unforseen mail delays, it may take upto 25 days to get your order.
However 95% of orders arrive in 9-18 days.

- What is
taking so long? Why is my order not here yet?
Our typical shipping time to your door is 9-21 days. Please allow that much time. On rare occasions, due to mail mishandling, envelopes can partially tear. This can delay your
package by 1-2 days. Also customs can delay your packages by 1-3
days. Both these circumstances are very rare but do happen. In very rare occasions (less than 1%) caused by
unforseen mail delays, it may take upto 28 days to get your order.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes. ALSO, if you are using a PO BOX, the shipping name to PO BOX must match the name on credit card. This is to prevent credit card fraud.

Yes. We ship worldwide except Belgium, Italy, Netherlands and Austria.

I have my items express shipped/ trackable?
Sorry, we are not offering express shipping at this time. All orders are shipped within 8 business hours of placing your order. International first class mail arrives in 7-25 days. If you need your order before that, you are advised to buy a small quantity from your local pharmacy to get you by till your order arrives. 99% of orders are delivered in 9-18 days of your order.

You can view details of your order and status if you login to our website. Please use your email address as login. If you have never logged in to our site before or you have forgotten your password, you can issue yourself a new password using the 2nd link below. The password is case sensitive, so it is best to copy paste it in.
